Designing for Growth and Monetization, with focus on improving sponsorship conversions, improving overall revenue and improving customer satisfaction. Experiences are designed iteratively and heavily A/B tested. I also focus on designing experiences for Indeed’s Performance Report dashboard, Indeed Candidate Quality, Design System Figma plugin, Developer Internal tool, CS/Sales enablement tools and Emails.
